Hi everyone, whoever is reading this, hope all of you had a safe year. Around this time I begin posting updates of what has been going on for me through-out this whole year. First I would like to say thanks to all the people that have watched me from the very beginning even though I took down 99% of my work. It's a bit difficult to be part of a community that has evolved very differently here, but I do want to try for 2010 and see how successful it will be for me.

So what I have been up to this year?

... honestly...really busy with 1 thing...work, work & work. Because of the recession it has been tough working my ass off everyday so I don't feel like i'm going to get fired.

(Feb) - But I started the year off great - vacation to Europe for 2 weeks. This was very helpful as it helped with a bit of Story #2 & Art i'm working on!

(June-August) - During the summer unfortunately "out of state art shows " were canceled for me because I just couldn't afford it after my vacation ... and also because I finally saved up enough $ and got a MACBOOK for all my upcoming holiday work.

(October) - Finally managed to squeeze in a Big Apple Convention at Pier 94 in NYC ( [link] ). Took a friend with me from work but we only went for one day because of the weather.


And that's pretty much it. As for my on-going 3 year project ... it's still going. It's a long road ahead and i'm just getting started. Getting legal information, finding a printer for the artbook, getting merchandise ideas, and saving $ for this project basically ALL by myself. Because of unfortunate events my goals for this year failed for getting many drawings done. I realized this a couple of months back so instead I began tweaking the story, adding to it and ..believe it or not..starting on the 2nd story script.

Hoping to take a big step into 2010. Once I begin posting some WIP's hopefully I will be inclined to purchase a sub again and be more active here.


I'll keep it updated for the rest of the year. Enjoy for now.
